GM Salaried Retiree Legal Defense Fund

Please join our national GM association and make a donation to our legal defense fund.

GM has declared bankruptcy!  Several weeks ago, we advised our legal counsel was ready to file for an 1114 committee to protect the hard-earned benefits of our salaried retirees if bankruptcy occurred.  To continue our legal efforts on behalf of salaried retirees, we need everyone’s financial support.  Please make your donation NOW to the GM Salaried Retiree Legal Defense Fund and mail your check to the address below.  You can make your check out to GMSRLDF if you prefer the shorter version.

These donations will be used solely (100%) for expenses related to the legal defense of GM salaried retiree benefits.  We are requesting donations in the amount of  $25, $50, $75, or more.  These donations are not tax deductible.  Any monies remaining in the fund will be donated to a charitable organization.
