Many of you have ask why the UAW hourly employees still have their Health Care Program.

GM made arrangements to protect the UAW members with the agreement below. Totally fund hourly retirees health care for life, but cancel salaried retirees health care? This is not considered age & class discrimination by the EEOC and our highly thought of Congress (9% Public Approval Rating This Year)? Thank you EEOC - Congress & GM!

By doing this NOW you will be helping our efforts to change the EEOC's ruling in this case and maybe get your health care benefits back. This is not an attack on GM! This would not be in the best interest of any GM people. It is an effort to get Congress and the EEOC to change their views on age & class discrimination!
